Janet Pliszka provides contemporary photography services in Calgary, Alberta and its surrounding communities.   She works with studio light and natural light depending on the vision for your photo shoot.

For Janet, a successful photo session is a combination of different elements:  location choice, lighting, wardrobe, creativity and most importantly, connection with those she is photographing.    Her ultimate goal is to draw out her subjects’ personality and create stunning images that will be cherished for more than a lifetime.

She is dedicated to developing her skills further and does so through workshops, reading, courses, mentoring opportunities and, of course, client sessions.  She also gives back to her community by contributing her time and talent to a number of well-intentioned charities and organizations.
